If you subscribe to SZ at a physical location with an independent subscription service agent, your subscription form is sent to our office and processed through PayPal.com as well.

It is possible for misuse of your information to occur at any credit card processing system or agency. MLN Sports Group LLC makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the complete security of information provided on paper or other manual collection forms that pass through so many independent processors. If you do not feel comfortable with making online transactions, then you can either pay with a manual subscription form available at the point of subscription on our website as a downloadable form (PDF) by cash or money order, or avoid our publication's subscription process altogether.

For manual subscriptions (Paper forms, telephone sales, sales by mail, magnetic cards, etc.) we do process your payments manually. The independent sub-contractor, their employees, agents and/or assigns are not employees of MLN Sports Group LLC, and MLN Sports Group LLC makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the security of your information in the hands of such third-parties. Some subscriptions are processed directly by the company soliciting them, and we are paid in lump-sum. For those who have subscribed through a third party company, such as a subscription discounting agency, you will need to contact them for any and all issues regarding the handling of your information. Many other sub-contractors send us your subscriptions for processing. We ask them to take reasonable precautions with the handling and storage of your information, but any such storage is wholly the responsibility of the company who gathered your information, and MLN Sports Group LLC is not liable for such storage or the mishandling or misuse of information by any third party or their agents or assigns prior to it being delivered to us for processing.We take reasonable measures to protect that information, including but not limited to using the secure manual payment processing systems of Paypal.com. Our Commitment To Data Security

Such information is only used by MLN Sports Group LLC and is not otherwise sold, hired or lent. All subscription issues are generally handled by PayPal. We keep your general subscription data (email address) on secure and non-secure computers in our network and out. All credit card information from online purchases is kept with PayPal in a secure area. All paper or electronic card based subscriptions are stored in a secure facility or unit, then destroyed after a period of time.

Our Commitment To Children's Privacy:

We believe that children are our most important asset. As a sports website, we do attract children and young adults. Information gathered on children is collected purely to verify their age and protect their publications dedicated to their use (MLNKids.com). We only include single ad banners, screened for their age appropriateness, in our children's section. As we are not in control of all of our ad systems on MLN Sports Zone, we try to limit inappropriate advertisers on our magazine site, and screen more tightly on our kids' site. If one appears whom you believe is in violation of our policies, or promotes goods or services harmful to children, contact us.

We believe that a part of responsible parenting is teaching your children how to react to advertising banners which appear on websites. While we use advertising services which screen their advertisers, there will be products available on certain pages that may be inappropriate for children and youth (cigar companies, non-pornographic men's magazines, etc.).
